900,000 people visited the “Topography of Terror” in 2012, making the documentation center one of the most frequently visited places of remembrance in Berlin. During the “Third Reich” the headquarters of the Secret State Police, the SS and the Reich Security Main Office were located at the site. more

Daily 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
The outdoor grounds are accessible until dusk (not later than 8 p.m.)
Closed on Dec 24th, 31st, Jan 1st
On May, 24th the documentation center will open at 1 p.m. On May, 25th it will close at 7 p.m. The outside exhibitions will be open from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
as usual.
